New Message on Pituitary Chat Ogy - GH and Wilma Reply   Recommend Message 4 in Discussion From: Chris_Wenninger Hi Jessica - Jason had tumor surgery in July.  The MRI showed that they might not have gotten all of his tumor.  The test indicated that he was still producing too much growth hormone.  This tells us that the tumor is still there.  Jason will start Sandostatin LAR shots again in hopes that they will be able to suppress the growth hormone production.  Right now it is very concerning as his tumor grew 25% while he was on the shots before.  Take care - Chris - Ogy's Mom View other groups in this category.
