Hi Jen- welcome- Your tumor is a prolactin tumor, so there is a good chance that it would respond to medication- much higher chance infaCT than other types of tumors- something like a 90% chance. Has your Doc suggested trying meds for it? 5 mm is pretty small still & surgery does have the best chance with smaller tumors, but I dunno- I'd try the meds first I think & see if it can shrink the tumor more. Yeah, it stinks being exhausted all the time- can definately relate- I've been taking AdrenaL extracts for about a week now & think it might be finally starting to work for the muscle burning/pain I experience- the dizziness is getting a bit less and the exhaustion is subsiding a bit (Although, this could be becasuee the weather is cooling off- I do aweful when it gets hot and humid) Yeah, the hemmoraging doesn't sound good- Maybe tell your Doc your quite concerned about that- if he still doesn't help- m,aybe seek nother Doc |
