That's certainly somethign to think about- I drink a ton of pepsi a day. I checked my glucose levels & they ran 93, 99, 120, 117, 83, 100, 99 over the course of the test- the reference range is 70-110, not exactly sure what my readings mean though? seems like I spiked pretty good there in the middle, but the others look about normal. Don't know if a spike in the middle is normal after drinking that stuff they give you for the test?
