I work as a flight attendant and was diagnosed with a 2.5 cm prolactinoma almost a year ago. I had it for a while and never knew it and I have been a flight attendant for 8 1/2 years flying all around.
My Endo knew I was a flight attendant and never told me not to fly, that was one of my first questions. I was hoping he might tell me to take a few months off! :)
My tumor has shrunk, but is also near my sinus and carotid atery. I also just flew all the way from South Florida to Australia for vacation in November and cleared that with the doc and he said it was ok.
