I too have the hair loss.  I also have Hypothyroidism, which neither of you have mentioned.
 
When there are problems/irregularities with the Pituitary it is quite common for there to be problems with the thyroid.
 
Note that you may test close to normal ranges for thyroid, but with the Pituitary problems, the endocrinologist should treat you for thyroid conditions such as Hypothyroid or Hyperthyroidism.  It has truly made a difference in my life.
 
Thyroid also cause depression, moodiness and anger, as well as other symptoms like excessive thirst and dry, dry skin.
 
I also enjoyed both of you sharing your stories.
