Debb, I went through the same thing after my surgery. Very depressing I know!! I was told that hair loss can be common after any major surgery. I was also told to use Nioxin shampoo and conditioner and it worked! My hair, unfortunately is still coming in gray, but is nice and full again! (Thank God for Clairol!) ![]() I'm not sure what caused the gray hair. My guess is that it may be from all the massive amounts of stress endured from having gone through vision loss, headaches, and then finally the fear of the surgery. My surgery gave me back my eyesight and relief from the everyday headaches, so gray hair in my opinion, is a small price to pay! Hope you have good luck with the Nioxin, if you try it! Julie |
