Jean, Tell your doctor how bad your symptoms were, and perhaps he will lower your dose and gradually increase it. The drug can shrink the tumor and your eyesight may improve.The tumor is pressing on your optic nerve and that is why your eyesight is decreased. You have to understand that your body is used to having high prolactin, and as the drug lowers it, the body kind of goes through a withdrawal of sorts.
