I just saw my Endo yesterday and he said the generic is fine for me to take. He didn't know it was available. I just started having to do mail order Rxs with my insurance company and they sent me the generic.
My prolactin levels have remained normal for several months now, it was originally 455. My tumor was very large 1 year ago, 2.5cm. In Sept it was 1.3 cm. My most recent MRI this month shows it is now 1cm.
I am still on Dostinex to hopefully see more shrinkage.
