Hi Wshn, Did your daughter have the venus sinus sampling test done? Have they tested her for additional endocrine tumors? I am sorry to hear that you also have hyperparathyroidism. Have you had additional tests done? Do you have symptoms of hypercalcemia? If your hyperparathyroidism is related to M.E.N. or F.M.E.N.1, there is a 50% chance of passing on the gene that causes the disease. It is a rare disease, but it is highly genetic. Have you decided what your next course of action should be? Have you considered consulting Dr. Norman for his opinion on what should be done?
