Hi - I'm taking 10mg of bromo, and am tired all of the time. I have a hard time sleeping, and find that I have days that I just have to give up on, as I don't have energy to do anything. My prolactin levels were 12.1 and have just gone up to 17.8 at my last blood check . I had my first nightmare last night, about having to have surgery.

I'm so happy I found this site - It's really helped me to understand that the reacrions I am having are perfectly normal. ( Now if I could only get my wife to read it )

It sounds like other people have issues with being tired. I don't think I am depressed, so the last thing I want to do is take more meds. I do well when I just take things one day at a time

I would love to hear about how other people deal with being tired? Do I just need to exercise all of the time ? - Be super-fit ? I find I lose the battle of going to the gym a lot , due to the tiredness

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!
