I too find myself tired as well, I have prolactin tumor and have had it for over 7 years now. I have been taking dostinex, I too suffer from tiredness, sometimes I can't even get up because of my tiredness, feeling nausea, feeling like I am pregnant when I am not! It has been going on for quite sometime, my family doesn't really know what exactly are my symtoms, i think when they come over to see me they probably think I am a dirty person! I sometimes ask for a friend to come over and help me pcik up and cook, it has gotten to the point of eating out because I am so tired and don't look forward of driving either. No way, with migraines and all i could have an accident! My old boss thought I was just a big baby! I got fired and all from a job i loved and had for 5 years! I could have sued for discrimination, but I wasn't feeling up to par in going thru court battles and all. My condition was getting worse and worse being at work, i would call in sick alot, sometimes i would be at work then in a couple of hours feel so tired , strong headache, and  nauseated that i would ask to go home. I too would have alot of nightmares, the endo said that it is caused by the dostinex, I take 0.5 mg twice a week, and i sometimes have a hard time sleeping. When i get headaches i feel it under my eye sockets too! like a person is pressing them in!
