It's probably not the same as my situation, because my tumor was much larger and invasive, but I have/had seizures which were related to my tumor. Before my prolactinoma was diagnoses, I had auras, and would just kind of freeze up for a few minutes. I thought they were anxiety attacks, but once my MRI showed an 6.5cm tumor, which was pressing against my temporal lobe, the nuerologist diagnosed partial lobe seizures. Medicine controlled them for a few years, and (knock on wood), I've been off it for about 7 months and have been seizure free - thanks to the tumor shrinking a bit I hope! |
