I tried dostinex and it gave me pains in my head that lasted 5 to 10 minutes at a time. the worst pain i have ever had, worse than childbirth and kidney stones.I couldn't get out of bed for 4 days. my dr just wrote me a script for bromo. I am scared to try it, he says that if the tumor is prolactinoma it will be three months to find out if the meds worked, also i read that if you stop brom it can cause rapid growth. I may just op for surgery, 2 week of recovery and its over. I have a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old so a few months of feeling sick is really not an option.
