Hi Allison,
I had discharge from my breasts when I was first diagnosed with prolactinoma 5 yrs ago. When my prolactin levels got back to normal (after using Dostinex) and my tumor receded, I still had gunk in the milk ducts. Now I'm pregnant and doing well in my 6th month - and have gunk in the ducts. Please don't worry. My hormones are all balanced, or I wouldn't have gotten pregnant.
