Thanks for your replies. I scheduled surgery with transposition on August 30 
and gamma knife on September 28.   I saw endocrinologist yesterday. 
Endocrinologist told that there is chance that surgery alone might be 
curative-tumor cells in cavernous sinus that are not surgically accessible may 
undergo apoplexy (self destruction) as a result of surgical manipulation of 
other parts of tumor and gland.    Endocrinologist said that according to his 
research, in case of total tumor removal after 7-10 days IGF-1 goes down toward 
the low end of reference range.    Endocrinologist said that if after 10 days 
my IGF-1 will be around low end of reference range and GH during growth hormone 
suppression test will go below 0.1 then he would suggest canceling gamma knife 
and just waiting and rechecking hormone levels often.
