Hi there,   I am sorry that your daughter is going through this, she is so 
young. I would advise that you consult a neurosurgeon that specializes in 
pituitary surgery. Nystagmus (uncontrolled rapid eye movement) is not something 
that should be ignored. When was her last MRI? She should have another MRI to 
see if the tumor is pressing on her optic nerve. You need to have an 
experienced pituitary surgeon review her scans and determine if surgery is 
needed. I would definitely prioritize this because the tumor could cause 
further damage to her eyes. Please consult a neurosurgeon asap, this is out of 
an endocrinologists field of expertise.    Please take care. Your daughter will
