I just was informed that I have to have surgery to remove a prolactinoma. I meet with the neurosurgeon on tuesday. I am scared and do not know what to expect. I live in Washington state. I also have PCOS and my thyroid was shutting down. I was on both the cabergoline and bromocriptine and could not tolerate them so they said surgery was the only option. Just joined to get info from all of you.
