Four years ago when I started Bromo, my doctor told me to take one 2.5mg tablet before bedtime for the first week, and then increase to 5mg per night. When I first took it, the next morning was the worst ever! The side effects frightened me. I walked from my room to the restroom fine, but when I sat the whole room started to spin and then I could see nothing but white. I had nausea... First, I should have taken it with food, and second, I should have started Friday night. I could not go to work the next morning. I then did my research and found that I should take it with food. Don't forget to do that. I was trying to take it with less and less food little by little because I was gaining weight, but that started giving be stomach pain. I still hate it. I'm glad to see that Laura59 likes it. I still get a little light headed and there has been countless moments in the last 4 years when I have to hold one to something while my head spins. Also, I have to go to bed within 45 minutes of taking the tablet or else it becomes difficult to fall asleep.
