My husband had high blood pressure when I met him.  He 
was 38 yrs old at the time.  He is the one with the tumor.  His 
triglycerides were really high.  His cholesterol has been normal.  But 
he is a bit overweight and is Choctaw Indian so that puts him in a category of 
his own.  He was diagnosed in late 2000 due to a blind spot in his field of 
vision.  The emotional problems all started when we started treating him 
for the tumor.  I would say that one of the side effects of the tumor 
before diagnosis was "apathy".  He has always been extremely jealous 
too.  Whether that is in his blood or from the tumor, I don't know.  
Once the meds began, his jealousy went off the charts!  None of the severe 
mental changes happened until they started the Bromocriptine.
