  The robots.txt should go beside the icon and style sheet, so that the
  administrator can repoint/replace the information.  The current use of
  the PKG_DEPOT_CONTENT environment variable should be replaced (or
  supplemented by) with a documented command line argument and property
  in the service description.  Additionally, the default location should
  be noted in the FILES section of the pkg.depotd(1M) manual page--sorry
  that I didn't do this when I passed through there last.
