/var is a muddle; there are various bits that are delivered by packages and other bits that are shared state. /var/svc/manifest, /var/pkg, /var/apache*, for example, all contain files that are delivered in packages. Clearly, /var/mail, etc. must never be rolled back.... - Bart -- Bart Smaalders Solaris Kernel Performance [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://blogs.sun.com/barts "You will contribute more with mercurial than with thunderbird." _______________________________________________ pkg-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-discuss
