That is right, the project currently is under under svn control:
svn co svn+ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/svn/jds/ipsgui

I agree about the approach proposed by Stephen, that this should be 
separated, maybe just a little change in naming from ipsgui to gui or 
packagemanager.

In my opinion the natural way would be through webrev as this is used 
for putting changes to the IPS.
