Ouch.  Good point, I hadn't considered that.  We'd have to re-publish 
SUNWcs with the modified /etc/passwd and /etc/user_attr, which doesn't 
sound all that attractive.  However, the original pkgcreatezone would 
work with the other changes here, it would just continue to spit out the 
message.  It would probably be better to revert that, I guess.  Seems 
like we need to split the ipkg brand out of SUNWipkg to be able to 
remove that code, though we'd then have to back-publish the new package 
with the existing pkgcreatezone to keep things working.

I also realized this morning that my handling of slim_cd is incorrect, 
since we can't delete packages yet, so I'll need to rev this for 
upgrades to work correctly.  New webrev in a bit.
