The guy who runs LWS removed packages from his catalog and replaced them
with a brand new set.  That, combined with the fact that he used full FMRIs
in his dependencies means that our optional dependency code falls flat on
its face.

I would have thought that removing the authority would be enough.  You may
be able to remove the packages without having to download the contents
again, as the files may still be in your download cache.

Or you can wait for build 101a (or use current gate bits), which has the
fix for this.
