Padraig - context sensitive help is not supported in any of the dialogs
at present. Can you file an RFE for it, listing which dialogs require it
and we can discuss with Jyothi to make sure we have appropriate anchors
to navigate to in the Help.

Is it possible to start it and go to a particular section? If so,
should we log a bug that the Help button should go to the Preferrences
section when it is written?

I have also introduced a Type Ahead gconf setting to allow type
ahead search to be turned off, which it now is due to scaleability
issues on large repos. If a user does not use large repos and wants
the feature they can always reenable it by setting the gconf key.

I have also changed the gui/Makefile to follow the Help File
pattern Dan introduced and avoid the Gui make being noisy again
which changeset 866:1768eb95fd29 caused. As per the published
guidelines I can rerun make and make install without any additional
install output apart from the tree traversal.
