The timestamp is actually a string, subtracting 10 isn't the best idea.
Instead of writing the inverse, I'd be happy to utilize the updatelog
the way we would expect it to work in the real world.

How about I publish another package to the depot after I get the 304,
send my previous timestamp, and verify that I receive an incremental
update in response?
