.../src/util/distro-import/119/common/SUNWts
The usual practice is to modify the last version of the IPS package
definition files, if they already exist. For this case, that would be:
.../src/util/distro-import/111a/common/SUNWts
But creating a new one also works. I'll leave it to David and/or Danek
to recommend which way they'd prefer this to be done.
Since this isn't just a regular bugfix but involves other changes which
will be under the 120 directory, I believe checking in
120/common/SUNWts (which have been hg cp'ed from 111a/common/SUNWts) is
the right thing to do.
