If you could give it a spin that would be very helpful as I don't have
all the setup here as yours.
This solves problem #1 and #2 mentioned in bug 11819.
I was looking at the all config and makefiles in the ldtp and I have
decided to remove all those warning options from gcc (-W*). It is maybe
not the nicest fix I could imagine, but does the job and it builds fine
on both gcc and SS12 for me.

It tries to use the -Wall option with Studio.
