I don't have the whole onnv-tools here with it's environment, so the build is actually not getting to the part where SUNWldtp is built. But when I was trying to build ldtp package only with SS12/bin/cc then I was able to see exactly same error as you have posted in the bug description. With my patch this builds fine. If you are happy with removing -W* warning messages from the gcc I will submit this patch to the gate.
