exclusive IP / non-exclusive IP is a runtime setting for the zone,
not one which affects the installed bits. At least, that is true
today. In other words, the global zone can switch the zone back
and forth between exclusive and non-exclusive IP stacks by setting the
appropriate property and rebooting. (why they would want to, I don't
know, but that's how it works, at least today).
