Summary of Changes:
* improve performance of list -s for installed packages
* fix ImageInterface.info() to not trigger manifest retrieval if
dependency information is requqested and available in catalog
* removed unused logging import
* improve general client performace by only loading installed catalog
if known catalog is not loaded and package status is being checked
* add get_entry_signatures() method to catalog to get manifest
signatures for packages
* fix pkg intent unit tests
