14003 PM Publisher alias is not visible in the Publisher dropdown
This webrev changes Package Manager to use publisher alias instead of
publisher prefix.
It is used in the following places:
Publisher combobox
Search All Publishers page
Status bar when searching
Recent Searches list
Search results
If the alias name is not unique then <alias> (<prefix>) in the first 4
places listed above and <alias> is used in the Search results.
In the General info tab <alias> (<prefix>) is used for the Publisher if
there is an alias.
