I think there was some dependency snafu with SUNWipkg-gui-l10n and this
package looks like it has been removed in b131 so the solver tries to
remove it and gets confused (please correct me if I'm wrong here).
try updating to an intermediate build first (e.g. 130):
pkg install SUNWipkg
beadm create newbe
beadm mount newbe /mnt
pkg -R /mnt install [email protected]
bootadm update-archive -R /mnt
beadm unmount newbe
beadm activate newbe
reboot
pkg image-update --be-name os_133
