Renamed unbundled packages need an optional dependency on their old
packages.

* The following files have been updated:

.../unbundleds/GlassFishV2
.../unbundleds/MessageQueue41
.../unbundleds/OpenDS
.../unbundleds/OpenOffice
.../unbundleds/Studio
.../unbundleds/Webstackui
and the latest versions of those unbundled packages have been published.
* The dtrace-gui-plugin package in .../unbundleds/DTraceGUI and
the glassfishv2 package in .../unbundleds/GlassFishV2 and
the mq41 package in .../unbundleds/MessageQueue41 and
the webstackui package in .../unbundleds/Webstackui were missing a:
add set name=pkg.renamed value=true
line. I suspect they've never been republished since we've had proper
renaming support.
* I haven't made any changes to the various NetBeans packages because I've
assumed that the incorporation handles this correctly. Bart, correct me
if I'm wrong.
* Various packages in .../unbundleds/OpenOffice now have "add depend" lines
for older packages at a different version number. Is that correct? Seems
to work just fine.
* The .../distr-import/Makefile was missing a line in the UNBUNDLED_TARGETS=
section for:
ClusterTools821.import \
