Ah, that's the problem. In general, you can't use an older depot server to serve packages for new releases. Your depot server's version of OpenSolaris should generally be at least as new as the release you're serving.

The repository layout changed around build 126 or 127.

You will need to upgrade your depot server's version of OpenSolaris first.
