There's no officially supported method, and there have been a
significant number of changes in the dependencies for the pkg.depotd
process.
However, you might be able to use the toolkit image another group
provides here for Solaris 10:

There is also the way of pulling the sources and building the version
you want. The depots can be configured to run standalone from a separate
environment so it's easy to test and remove if it is not working as
expected.
It'd be pretty hard to do that on 111b though given all of the
dependencies you'd have to install.
