Hi - here is a webrev that builds on a prototype Padraig put together to
see if we could fetch and install packages by specific version. It
introduces a new Versions tab on the Details panel for this purpose.
If there are more than one version it is painfully slow fetching the
version information, but it does all work. Contrib alarm-clock is a good
example to try, its got two versions, you can select and install the
earlier one, see the status update and the list of available versions
change.
