Just one comment:
Should the string "Versions to Install" be "Version to Install"?

Yep - buts its actually opensolaris.org that's really slow, presumably
as it has a lot more version data.
Still its useful functionality even if it is currently very slow, so I
am happy to put it back. Hopefully, when data is removed from oos
things will improve.
New webrev: removes a few debug statements and tweaks the glade file.
14321 packagemanager should allow version-specific install / update

Hi - here is a webrev that builds on a prototype Padraig put
together to
see if we could fetch and install packages by specific version. It
introduces a new Versions tab on the Details panel for this purpose.
If there are more than one version it is painfully slow fetching the
version information, but it does all work. Contrib alarm-clock is a
good
example to try, its got two versions, you can select and install the
earlier one, see the status update and the list of available versions
change.

Keep in mind that contrib is still serving a v0 catalog so part of
the performance hit is the manifest retrieval and parsing.
