You'd need to build a new version of entire that incorporated the correct version of ips-incorporation. While you're generally going to want to keep entire installed on a production system, I'd question whether you're actually running a production system, since you've replaced the IPS packages of the pkg(5) consolidation with their SVr4 equivalents. The risk of running in this mode is, IMHO, less than replacing packages from the OS with unmanaged bits.
