Sure, the one who actually uploads just has to pass "-sa" to
dpkg-buildpackage. And it's good to remind them if it's necessary :)
[With -0 and -1 that just happens automatically.]

Another question is if packages that are in main should be removed
from the pkg-fsp repo.
