The package FBTFS because docs/make.bat gets regenerated with differing
content:

Since that's only useful on Windows it should probably just be excluded
from the +ds repacked upstream tarball.
The problem seems to be the EOL character that has been modified
(probably by git).
Apparently this is a known issue:

Unless you now already a solution/workaround for it, I will proceed with
the repacking (+ds).
