nco (4.5.1-1) fails to build with the new netcdf packages in
experimental:

The full build log is attached.
The build succeeds with netcdf (1:4.1.3-7.2),
but fails with netcdf (1:4.4.0~rc2-1~exp2).
This issue needs to be resolved to not hinder the upcoming netcdf
transition.
