fix both: experimental version breaks other d3 packages.

Right after I uploaded to experimental, I noticed I made a mistake. This package ships binaries that probably need nodejs (I'll check). I'll repair, but I'll take some time to check *and* come up with a solution to the issue I tried to fix.

Having check the binaries, they indeed need nodejs. So, I propose that we have at least the following options:
* Drop the binaries (least amount of work, but reduces functionality of
  the package)
* Ship the binaries in a new package, e.g. node-d3-dsv-tools and only
  suggest it from node-d3-dsv
* Do nothing, but I don't consider that a good option.

What do you think and/or suggest?

Paul
