The attached patch updates the task to KDE 4. It relies in the new metapackage kde-standard that still needs to be updated [0]. The metapackage will need an update in a couple of months or so when KDE 4 is more "settled" in Debian and to review what to do with libqt-perl, debconf kde frontend, and kpackage.
