Looking at the lintian issues for supercollider, I found the source of
problem for the most important error
(sharedobject-in-library-directory-missing-soname). I've fixed it in
the upstream build script:
http://supercollider.svn.sourceforge.net/supercollider/?rev=10372&view=rev

If you want to try applying that patch in your git, it should remove
that particular problem. It'll be a while before a new point release
so I'd suggest we add it as a specific patch for now.
