Hi, How should I properly implement multiple bodies with a fixed position relative to each other. (the ODE-faq says I should make one body of it... but I want multiple differently placed/oriented bodies)
i.e. a base-body, with a few other bodies on top of it, the purpose is to connect other effectors on these points, (i.e. grippers, all with different initial position and orientation, but still able to move up/down relative to the base...). I wanted to make the connection with a BallJoint, and make it at a fixed angle. (for the ease of modelling the grippers and other effectors, I wanted to model the effector in one plane, and then set the angles of the balljoint..., but something is telling me this is not the way to go...) tnx, Andy ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
