Just to make sure, have you tried all the different render methods for
the cameras (glx, sgix, and xlib)?

The output from glxinfo looks good.

Unfortunately fixing this problem is not all that easy. Which is part
of the reason why the next version of gazebo uses a third party
rendering engine. You can always try this version of gazebo, which is
on SVN.
