Hmm...so everything looks fine, and I couldn't find anything relevant concerning intel graphics cards and ogre/opengl problems.
If you happen to have to the time, could you try running some the Ogre3d example programs? If they work then at least I know I'm doing something wrong with the way gazebo is using Ogre.
