Currently I cannot imagine any case where an simple config-File (as
e.g. INI-Files used by Windows-Software) should not be sufficient.

We presumably do not need any complex scripting unless we intend to
use "config-files" which are evaluating the Host-Environment to setup
Plex86 in an custom manner. For this case I would assume it to be
sufficient to have an config-generator to build the config-file. This
config-generator might be an GUI and it might be developed after
Plex86 is perfectly running. Currently it should be sufficient to edit
the config-file by hand.
