You can do it in win95 easy....... just install support for one of the
languages that supports umlauts (also called diresis--please pardon my
spelling if I am wrong...--in spanish....., the other keyboard I keep
installed). I assume that DOS works in a similar fashion. As for LINUX you
would need to install the proper NLS support into your kernel.
